This tool is built to try extraction without friction: no signup, no newsletter. The flow is designed to run on the client whenever the model and runtime allow it.
Use it to validate fields and layouts. It does not replace a production process with validation, exception queues or ERP posting.
Fields designed for Spanish invoices
The classifier/extractor prioritises fields an admin team or Spanish practice actually uses: tax IDs, amounts and withholdings—not only “generic OCR text”.
- Issuer tax ID and, when present, recipient tax ID
- Taxable base, VAT amount and total
- Withholding when the document includes it
- Invoice number and issue/operation date
From demo to Excel… and from Excel to the ERP
Extracting invoice data to Excel solves a one-off spike. Sustainable value appears when results enter the ERP or accounting system with rules, master data and human review on exceptions.

Honest limits of the free version
We do not promise coverage of every layout or a production SLA. This version reads text from PDFs and TXT files in the browser; it does not OCR photos or scanned PDFs. Heavily degraded invoices, mixed languages or atypical formats may need the full pipeline (specialised model, rules and validation).
